Gumpert is set to double the size of its range of borderline-insane supercars, with a new model named the Tournante set to appear at the upcoming Geneva motor show.
The new car is set to be what is referred to as a 'Fast Tourer', but is likely to be a little more practical than the ridiculously quick Apollo (pictured) that has helped the German company make its name.
The car is being designed by Touring Superleggera, the Italian company behind the Bentley Continental estate at last year's Geneva show.
It appears that the new car will sit alongside the Apollo, as Touring says it was told to add "space, liveability and comfort to Gumpert's typical sheer performance attitude".
"The result is a blend of very Italian sporty elegance and German high-end engineering," Touring continued.
The Tournante will feature a mid-mounted V8 engine, which is said to be development of the twin-turbo Audi unit in the Apollo.
No pictures have been released of the new car yet.
