Adam Sandler gives co-star Chris Rock a new Maserati

If you get a gift from one of your colleagues this Christmas it is likely to be something highly inappropriate and dished out through a secret Santa scheme organised by a well-meaning and probably bored receptionist. It is also likely to cost no more than a fiver and get left in your desk over the holiday anyway.

But that's not the case if you work with US funny man Adam Sandler. The multi-millionaire actor is generous enough to have given his Grown Ups co-star Chris Rock a brand-new Maserati, costing around $200,000, or £125,000.
