Inside the California

As many people know, Shell has a very famous relationship with Scuderia Ferrari in Formula One, but its collaboration has also been strong with Ferrari's road car development. All of Ferrari's GT cars are first-filled with Shell motor oil. In addition to this, Ferrari uses their products and expertise in the development stages of its new cars and the Ferrari California is no different.

The new Ferrari California has a Direct Injection engine that was developed alongside Shell over the last two years. The oil company has created some technical illustrations to show the differences between the standard port fuel injection and direct fuel injection systems. The new system has notable benefits, including reduced Carbon Dioxide emission, greater fuel efficiency and increased power.
