Christine McGuinness broke down as she admitted the stress of moving house while her mother is undergoing cancer treatment was all too much.
The 32-year-old wife of Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness told her 483,000 followers in a video on her Instagram Stories she has not seen her mother for months as she is shielding due to breast cancer..
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star wiped away tears as she revealed: “I feel like I'm all over the place today, I feel like I should be so happy we're moving house and this is literally our dream home that we've been building for years.

"I'd give it all to have my mum here, I feel like I've got no one to talk to and I feel like I'm all over the place.”
She went on: "Everyone is unpacking boxes but my head is just not there because my mum should be there with me and she's still in hospital.
"I haven't seen her for months, I probably can't see her until next summer, the kids keep saying 'I wonder if nanny will come and stay'.
"I just want my mum, I want to show mum the house - she hasn't seen it.
"Cancer is just horrible and Covid, it should be the happiest day ever and I don't want to seem ungrateful because I'm from a council estate and it is quite overwhelming moving into this house.
"I feel so so lucky, but I'd give it all to have my mum."

After being flooded with messages of support she added: “Turns out the kids are happy to move house and it’s me having a meltdown. I’m okay, just missing my mum, feel quite overwhelmed, grateful and very, very tired.”
Christine and Paddy married in 2011 and are parents to seven-year-old twins Leo and Penelope and four-year-old daughter Felicity, all of whom are on the autistic spectrum.
McGuinness has spoken previously about how Christmas is a difficult time for her children as they get upset by the change to their usual routine.
