Increasing number of Brits trying to emigrate to EU countries - report

British citizens have been leaving the UK in droves since January, says new research.

That's when Britain officially left the European Union following the 2016 Brexit vote.

There has been a 30% increase in Brits trying to emigrate to other EU countries, according to analysis of data from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Eurostat.

The main reasons given are:

1. Work and social rights

2. Trade uncertainty

3. Political instability
