'Wash hands to the national anthem to avoid coronavirus'
Jacob Rees-Mogg has advised people to wash their hands to the national anthem, as he arrived at the Cabinet Office for an emergency Cobra meeting.
The government is having talks on the coronavirus outbreak after 13 new cases within the UK were confirmed over the weekend, sending the total number of infections to 36.
Professor Paul Cosford, emeritus medical director of Public Health England (PHE), admitted on Monday morning that, it was "highly likely" that there would be widespread transmission of Covid-19 in the UK.
Official advice from the World Health Organisation advises washing your hands often with soap or alcohol-based sanitisers. Health experts believe that this is the best way to help slow or stop potential transmission of coronavirus.

The Government was forced to publish contingency plans at the weekend, which included: potential lockdowns of British cities and relying on retired health workers to be called up to help the NHS.
Boris Johnson has been criticised for his slow response to the unfolding health crisis.
