Man plunges into a frozen lake and swims beneath the ice
It goes without saying, but this really isn't something you should try yourself.
Footage shows a man stripping off in icy conditions before risking his life by plunging through a hole in a frozen lake.
He then proceeds to swim under the surface of the ice, before eventually returning to the original hole.
