Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has her husband Prince Harry to thank for her new voiceover deal at Disney after he appeared to propose the idea to company CEO Bob Iger.

The British royals met Iger back in July at the London premiere of The Lion King and, in newly resurfaced video footage of their encounter, Harry can be heard promoting the former actress' talents to Iger.

In the online clip, Harry seemingly says, "You know she does voiceovers?"

He then gestures towards Meghan, who was deep in conversation with Beyonce and JAY-Z, and adds, "She's really interested."

Iger apparently replied, "Sure, we'd love to try."

Disney bosses have yet to comment on the claims, but Meghan is said to have already completed her first recording.
