Car dragged by truck for over two miles after rear-ending it on Chinese motorway

An SUV was dragged by a truck for around 2.5 miles after rear-ending it and getting stuck there on a highway in eastern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province on November 20, shows a semi-trailer dragging a car that got stuck on the back of it along the Zhuji-Yongjia Expressway.

According to the SUV driver, he felt tired and closed his eyes for a while. He then rear-ended into the semi-trailer accidentally and got stuck at its back.

The semi-trailer driver did not realise the incident until a truck driver spotted it and overpassed it to inform the semi-trailer driver.

The car driver has been driving for eight hours when the incident happened and his fatigue driving caused the incident, the police said.
