Family finds live frog in organic salad

You might want to take a close look at the next organic salad you eat. A family in Wisconsin in the United States found a live frog in its store-bought salad, according to CBS Philly.

It was an ordinary Tuesday for Karlie Allen and her family. After buying groceries from a store, they began preparing dinner. Then, they found a surprise guest in their packaged lettuce.

"I'm thinking, 'One — how the heck did that get in there?' and 'Two — that is absolutely disgusting.' "

The family had planned on returning the lettuce, frog included, to the store, but somehow the little amphibian escaped overnight.
