The Mail of Sunday claims that the couple insist on sitting next to each other, despite long-standing rules that people sit wherever they are placed.

The duchess is said to be unimpressed with 'exclusive' and 'traditional' party etiquette and irritates others with 'frowned upon' PDAs (public displays of affection) at the dinner table.

The newspaper also reveals that some within Harry's circle 'roll their eyes' at her 'American ways'.
