There are five lifestyle behaviours that may help reduce the risk of Alzheimer's, even if you're genetically pre-disposed to it.

That's according to recent research from Rush University in Chicago and a UK-based study of nearly 200,000 adults.

What's more, following four of the five suggested lifestyle changes can reduce your risk of getting dementia by 60%.
