Man lights cigarette and starts smoking on flight

Footage from a Spirit Airlines flight to Minneapolis shows a passenger who began smoking mid-flight, breaking one of the cardinal rules of air travel.

Oblivious to other travellers, he lights up and draws on the cigarette, before leaning back against his seat with his eyes shut.

A passenger in the row opposite is seen calling for a flight attendant.
