Angry man totally smashes car's windscreen

Officers investigating a criminal damage report in South Ockendon are looking to identify a man in this CCTV footage.

The victim reported that he was followed by a vehicle in Stifford Road at around 3.15pm on Friday, March 1.

He said the driver flashed his car lights, over took him and then got out before repeatedly striking his window with an object.
