Victoria Beckham is a "self-diagnosed dyslexic" - and she's revealed that her children also suffer from the same learning difficulty.

The former Spice Girl said none of her four children was especially academic, adding that "dyslexia doesn't run in our family, it gallops".

Dyslexia is a common learning difficulty that can cause problems with reading, writing and spelling, but intelligence isn't affected.

Her three sons all had contracts with Arsenal as children but didn't pursue a football career for fear of letting down their father, David, who played for England, Manchester Untied and Read Madrid.

Elsewhere in the interview with the FT, the 44-year-old fashion designer revealed stays trim by covering about 7.5km on a treadmill every day, before her trainer arrives.
