Kelly Brook says she has made her peace with the fact she is unlikely to be a mother.
The presenter, actor and model lost her baby when she was around six months pregnant in 2011 while in a relationship with former rugby player Thom Evans, and had another miscarriage several months later.
She is in a long-term relationship with model Jeremy Parisi but said she does not anticipate expanding their family beyond that.
The Big Breakfast presenter, 39, told The Sun on Sunday's Fabulous magazine: "Whatever happens from now, it's going to be all right. Even if I've failed at some things, I've tried. I've tried to have a baby but it didn't work. I tried getting engaged, that didn't work and it's fine.
"I've sat down and asked myself: 'Do I really want to have children? Is this something I really want to do?' And I've realised that actually it's not something I've always wanted and I'm fine with it.
"It's sad that it happened and obviously I wish that it hadn't gone that way. But there is life after that, and I've found happiness in other things, like gardening. I'm a natural nurturer, and that was my therapy. I can't control a miscarriage – it's something completely out of my control."
