One seriously injured in road accident as A9 closed in both directions
One person has been seriously injured in a road traffic accident near Perth.
The A9, north of Luncarty, was closed in both directions following the incident, which took place just before 2pm on Christmas Day.
Police Scotland are advising drivers that the A9 just North of Luncarty is closed in both directions due to an ongoing road traffic incident and will be closed for some time.

Police Scotland said that they expect the road to be closed for “some time”.
Only one car was involved in the incident.
