Woman bakes cake for noisy neighbour instead of getting mad, now they're friends

When Tommy Amaro woke Candace Benbow up in the middle of the night with his loud music, she decided she'd had enough of her neighbour.

Instead of getting angry, Benbow took a different approach.

She left him a note on his front door, and a freshly baked pound cake.

When they finally met, the two discovered they had more in common than they thought.

Both had just moved to Trenton, New Jersey and both have recently lost a loved one.

Now, during this holiday season each gain a gift - a new friend.
