Anyone for brussel sprout ice cream?

Probably the most-controversial of Christmas foods, the Brussels sprout is a real love-hate vegetable.

But one ice cream maker in the Scottish city of Aberdeen has kicked it up a level with a new flavour based on the pongy brassica.

Mackie's have hit the headlines in the UK and worldwide with the novel offering, which will either provide an easier way into the sprout experience or act like Kryptonite to confirmed haters.
