Moment hot water freezes in mid-air and turns into a cloud

A man in China shows off a unique cold weather phenomenon, by throwing hot water into the cold air.

The clip, shot in Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province, shows the man taking a basin of hot water outside and launching it into the air.

The hot water immediately freezes in the biting cold and condenses into a cloud before blowing away.
