Perrie Edwards angers fans with scarf

Perrie Edwards turned up at Anfield to support boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on Wednesday night but her choice of scarf did not go down well with football fans.

The Little Mix singer was filmed alongside friend Ellie Hemmings as the pair watched Liverpool defeat Man City 3-0 in the Champions League.

The video shared with her 7.7m Instagram followers shows the star singing along to the club's famous anthem You'll Never Walk Alone but her half-and-half scarf was what caused a stir on social media.

The 24-year-old took the curious decision to wear at item in the colours of both Liverpool and City.

In response, some irate fans of the singer pledged to stop listening to Little Mix.

Edwards has been dating Oxlade-Chamberlain since last year following her split from Zayn Malik.
