Easter is almost here, so hop on to your sofas and watch some of the week's best TV.

1. Hospital - Monday 26th March at 8pm on BBC2

This documentary thrusts us back in to the day-to-day realities of the Queen's Medical Centre and City Hospital in Nottingham, illustrating the impact of ever-increasing demands on the health service. Cameras show the life-changing decisions that have to be made every day by consultants, surgeons, managers and nurses.

2. Come Home - Tuesday 27th March at 9pm on BBC One

This touching and intriguing drama takes you on a roller-coaster of ever changing emotions and allegiances as Marie, married for 19 years and mother to three children, walks out on all of them, seemingly out of the blue.

3. In The Long Run - Thursday 29th March on Sky One

Set in London in 1985, amid tower blocks and shell suits, life for Walter and Agnes Easmon is all about quiet routine. But when Walter's brother arrives in the UK, his energy and lust for life changes everything. He crashes into their lives bringing laughter and chaos.
