Five must-see TV highlights for the week ahead

There's plenty to get your engines revving on TV this week. Sport Relief will inspire you get off your couch and get active for charity, while over on Sky there's an action-packed new series and full coverage of the Australian Grand Prix.

1. Star Boot Sale - Monday 19th March at 5.30pm on Channel 4

2. SEAL Team - Thursday 22nd March at 8pm on Sky One

David Boreanaz of Buffy and Angel fame is back on our screens heading up an elite unit of Navy SEALs as they train, plan, and execute missions in this gripping military drama.
