Refreshed Mercedes-Maybach Pullman limo gains new grille and interior upgrades
The most luxurious car in Mercedes' stable isn't just the S-Class. In fact, it's the ultimate expression of S-Class – the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Pullman. This range-topper isn't just a slightly stretched luxury car, rather a full-on limousine with space for six in sumptuous comfort. Now, in order to keep it fresh, Mercedes-Maybach has given the S-Class Pullman a series of upgrades for 2018.
Most striking is the Pullman's new grille. Inspired by the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concept, it features a narrow pinstripe design and totally dominates the front of the car.

Also available on the exterior are classy two-tone paint finishes and the classic 20-inch wheels with a conservative 10-hole design. Unlike AMG-tuned versions of the standard S-Class, the Pullman is often bought by heads of state, royal families and dignitaries – necessitating a rather less vulgar finish.
Inside, there are a host of new interior finishes, with exclusive magma grey, mahogany brown, silk beige and deep sea blue colours available.
The rear cabin features four seats – two rear facing, and two electrically-operated executive chairs with reclining backrests, footrests and massaging features. New for 2018 is a front-view camera, allowing rear passengers to monitor the direction of travel even when the partition between driver and passenger compartments is closed.
Also new is the addition of Mercedes-AMG's bi-turbo V12 engine. It makes 630bhp and an incredible 1000Nm of torque – 100bhp and 170Nm more than the outgoing model. That means this vast car is capable of 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds.
Potential buyers can command their chauffeurs to place an order for the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman, with prices starting at just under £450,000.
