The Prince of Wales will visit Heathrow Airport to highlight the work of security and airport staff keeping the nation and passengers safe.
Charles' visit to the major transport hub will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of Terminal 5 and a reception will be staged on a plane to mark the occasion.
During his visit Charles will meet a wide cross-section of workers including Met Police and officers working with specialist sniffer dogs and air traffic controllers.
The prince will also have a chance to hear more about the UK Border Force's work on bio-security and meet members of the airport's emergency and operational services.
Terminal 5 is the home of British Airways and the prince will meet crew, apprentices and young people working with the airline.
The prince is a supporter of getting more young people interested in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and will have the chance to meet several young people working on specialist apprenticeship and training programmes.
