Five must-see TV highlights for the week ahead


The Beast from the East is gone and March is under way, so take a look which new shows and films will spring up over the next seven days.

1. Seven Year Switch - Tuesday 6th March at 9.15pm on Channel 4

A quartet brave couples take radical steps to try to save their failing relationships by switching partners, in an experiment to find out if they really want to stay together.

2. Not Going Out - Thursday 8th March at 9pm on BBC One

Lee Mack and Sally Bretton are back for the ninth season of this popular BBC comedy about the trials and tribulations of domestic life.

3. Still Game - Thursday 8th March at 9.30pm on BBC One

Scottish pensioners Jack Jarvis and Victor McDade are back, but their status as regulars at the local pub is under threat.

4. Manchester United v Liverpool - Saturday 10th March from 12pm on Sky Sports Premier League

These two old rivals will meet with second place in the table on the line. Man City may have run away with the title race but there are still bragging rights to be won here.
