Death of 24-year-old being treated as unexplained

Police are treating the death of a 24-year-old man as "unexplained".

His body was discovered in a house in Holyrood Street, Hamilton, at about 6.45pm on Friday.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course to establish the exact cause of death which is being treated as unexplained at this time.

"A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
