A video showed the man lying over the track at the Avenue H train station in Flatbush as a woman jumped down to the tracks and witnesses shouted for the incoming Q train to stop.

"I tried to help as much as I can," Liliana Vicente told PIX11 News.

Vicente was on her way to the gym when she witnessed the incident and recorded it on her phone.

As the train approached, a woman jumped down onto the tracks. Vicente and a man followed.

"I threw my things and jumped into the tracks to help because she couldn't do it by herself," Vicente said.

The man was taken to hospital.
