Premium Bonds: November's winners announced

Well for two lucky Brits, that's exactly what's just happened.
NS&I have released the details about November's Premium Bonds winners and it's very good news for someone from Edinburgh and another person from Cambridgeshire.
The lucky man taking the jackpot in Edinburgh was the second in as many months.
He won with bond number 211HV345974 which was bought in September 2013 as part of a £30,000 purchase. As it stands, this is his entire Premium Bond holding.
Cambridgeshire's winner is a woman who lucked out with bond number 235XY200329, bought in November 2014 as part of a £40,000 purchase.
