CCTV footage shows driver forcing cars out of the way as he parks

A driver in Kent has been left horrified by a botched parking attempt which damaged her car. CCTV footage shows the moment that the unnamed driver of a Citroen people carrier forced his way into a disabled parking pay, pushing Sammie Hambrook's Vauxhall Astra out of the way as he did.

The incident was caught on camera by a local newsagent's CCTV system. Hambrook told the Daily Mail that a passerby told her of the incident. "I didn't notice my car had been hit until a lady in a wheelchair told me the man had hit my car and pushed it back," she said.
