New Dacia Duster makes Frankfurt debut with updated styling

Britain's cheapest new SUV, the Dacia Duster, has undergone big changes for its 2018 model year. Making its public debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, the updated Duster will remain a value champion – but has moved upmarket, with cleaner styling and a much-improved interior.

While the new car sits on a similar platform to the old model and retains the Duster's trademark chunky styling, Dacia claims every body panel is new. A wider track and altered side styling allows the car's wheels to better fill its arches, while a shorter bonnet has moved the windscreen forward, increasing interior capacity.
