Premier League: Done deals on transfer deadline day

Updated

LATE ANNOUNCEMENTS

02:00 - Mamadou Sakho [Liverpool - Crystal Palace] £26m

01:30 - Danny Drinkwater [Leicester - Chelsea] £35m

23:00 TRANSFER WINDOW CLOSES

If Big Ben was still bonging, Sky Sports News would have been there with a camera - but the fact is that 11pm has come and gone, and that's more or less it on the transfer front until the New Year.

And the biggest move of the night wasn't in the Premier League, but in France where star striker Kylian Mbappe moved from Monaco to PSG on a year-long loan deal.

It's widely assumed that this is a loan rather than a full-on transfer for the £160m rated player as a means to swerve UEFA's Financial Fair play regulations.

22:50 - Not going anywhere - Ross Barkley

The Everton player pulled out of a £35m transfer to Chelsea during his medical at the Cobham training ground, it's been reported.

He's carrying a medium-term injury, and he's been quoted as saying that he'll reconsider his options in the January window once he's returned to full fitness.

20:10 - Nikola Vlasic [Hadjuk Spilt - Everton] £10m

The teenage Croatian striker makes his way to Merseyside in a £10 million deal.

19:45 - Moller Wague [Udinese - Watford] Loan

19:45 -Nampalys Mendy [Leicester - Nice] Loan

The defender arrives at Vicarage Road on a season-long loan.

Meanwhile, Leicester allow midfielder Mendy to go to the French league for the season.

18:40 -Kylian Mbappe [AS Monaco - Paris Saint Germain] Loan

PSG tie up a season-long loan for the striker who was thought to be on Arsene Wenger's shopping list. With Neymar also up front for the French club, that's some statement of intent.

It's thought that the transfer is a loan deal in order to pass UEFA's Financial Fair Play regulations, the club having already splashed out ridiculous sums of money already for Neymar.

14:45 - Nahki Wells [Huddersfield - Burnley] £5m

The Bermuda forward, 27, scored 10 goals last season as Huddersfield won promotion to the Premier League.

14:04 - Renato Sanches [Bayern Munich - Swansea] Loan

Swans pull of major coup with loan signing of Portugal star. Sanches joined Bayern from Benfica in May 2016 and went on to play a starring role in his country's Euro 2016 triumph.

One very minor fly in the ointment is that the Premier League won't let him wear the number 85 on his shirt.

13:32 - Orestis Karnezis [Udinese - Watford] Loan

The Greek international keeper has made 109 appearances for Udinese since arriving from Granada in 2014.

1233: Serge Aurier [PSG - Tottenham] £23m

He is Tottenham's fourth summer signing following the arrival of goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga, and centre-backs Juan Foyth and Davinson Sanchez - the latter in a club record £42 deal from Ajax.

1200: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain [Arsenal - Liverpool] £35m

Oxlade-Chamberlain on his move: "I'm currently away with England, so I'm at St George's Park. Firstly, I'm delighted to have signed for Liverpool and a big thank-you to everyone here at the FA that has made this possible, using the facilities. It has been a massive help.

"I'm not going to say too much today; I'm here with England and we've got two big games coming up, so I want to focus on them."
