Five must-see TV highlights for the week ahead
The Premier League returns to our screens this weekend, but before this feast of football commences there's plenty more to keep us all entertained this week.
Trust Me – Tuesday at 9pm on BBC One
Jodie Whittaker was recently cast as a completely different sort of Doctor, but in this high-quality thriller she is playing a nurse who steals the identity of her best friend, an A&E doctor.
Make or Break – Monday to Friday at 10pm on Channel 5
Following hot on the heels of ITV's smash hit Love Island, Channel 5 presents us with yet more young couples not wearing much in a sunny location. The twist here is that they are real-life pairings who have come seeking help to save their fiery or failing relationships.
Eden: Paradise Lost – Monday at 10pm on Channel 4
This five-part series tells the story of what Channel 4 originally planned to be a much longer series following a group trying to build an idyllic society in the wilds of the Scottish Highlands. However, from the looks of the trailer things seem to have gone very, very wrong. If you miss an episode you can watch episodes of Eden: Paradise Lost on-demand via TalkTalk's 7-day catch-up service.
Match of the Day - Saturday at 10:30pm on BBC One
Gary Lineker is back (hopefully not in his pants this time!) to present action from the opening round of Premier League fixtures, including Watford v Liverpool, Chelsea v Burnley and Brighton & Hove Albion v Manchester City.
If this whets your appetite for Premier League football, why not get the Sky Sports Boost added to your TV package? Add eight extra sports channels for a month at a time, there's no long-term commitment and they're easy to add through your TV box.
