Diana: In Her Own Words - Sunday at 8pm on Channel 4

Following in the wake of ITV's special interviews with Princes Harry and William Channel 4 will air never-before-seen footage of their mother recorded by her speech consultant in 1992. It promises to yield unprecedented insights into one the nation's most beloved figures.

Celebrity Big Brother - All week on Channel 5

Filling that Love Island-shaped hole for reality TV show fans comes Celebrity Big Brother. If this series is anything like January's edition with the headline-grabbing antics of Kim Woodburn then expect a dramatic and controversial few weeks.

World Athletics Championship - From Friday at 7pm on BBC1

Usain Bolt may be on the home straight of his illustrious career but he will still be the main attraction as London hosts the World Athletics Championships. Elsewhere British hopes lie with Laura Muir in the 1500m and 5,000m, Katarina Johnson-Thompson in the heptathlon and, of course, Mo Farah in the 5,000m and 10,000m.

Cash Trapped - Weekdays at 5pm on ITV1

Bradley Walsh is jumping across from one very successful ITV quiz, The Chase, to the second series of another that could become a staple in the channel's daytime listings. This show see contestants who give correct answers 'freeze out' opponents, preventing them from tackling the next question.
