Vandals caught on camera damaging three parked cars
Two men have been filmed vandalising cars in a Devon street.
The incident took place in Wolseley Road, St Budeaux, on July 19 at 5:20am.
The video shows two men walking along the pavement when they suddenly lash out and start to damage three vehicles.
