The TV company set up by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May has made more than £8 million profit after their first season producing The Grand Tour for Amazon Prime.

The former Top Gear trio left the BBC along with their producer Andy Wilman to make the new motoring show, signing a three-year contract with Amazon worth a reported £160 million.
