Vettel apologises to Hamilton as FIA take no further action

Despite Sebastian Vettel being found to have deliberately driven into Lewis Hamilton during a race, no further action will be taken.

Formula One's governing body decided the ten-second penalty he was given for "dangerous driving" during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix was sufficient.
