An ITV cycling show presenter has been charged after crashing into a police car while drunk.

Richard Cunynghame, 36, who presents The Cycle Show on ITV4, was involved in an argument with a taxi driver in the early hours of the morning on March 22 in Chelsea. As police approached, however, he fled the scene.
