Tiny baby antelope being raised by hand at Chester Zoo

Thanos, an orphaned newborn dik-dik, might be small, but he's already beating huge obstacles.

He lost his mother a day after he was born, but zookeepers at the Chester Zoo are stepping in to care for the orphaned antelope.

The baby dik-dik stands at just 7.5 inches tall, and is still too light for his weight to be measured on an antelope scale.

Keepers hope the newborn will be strong enough in the next few months to introduce him to the rest of the dik-dik herd living at the zoo.
