A man has gone the extra mile to find a girl he has fallen for on his commute to work in Dublin.

Nothing says 'I love you' like a giant billboard hanging above a shop... right?

The secret admirer spotted the girl on the 54A bus, which runs from Pearse St to Ellensborough, according to the Mirror.

And, in an effort to reach out to the object of his affection, the man hung a huge sign above Clifford Antiques, close to where the bus terminates, reports The Sun.

It quoted some lyrics from Aretha Franklin's I Say A Little Prayer For You and dedicated it to "The girl on the 54A, white fluffy hat, headphones, and beautiful smile".

Awww.

According to Dublin Live, one woman who saw the sign shared a picture of it online and wrote: "Romantic or creepy? Massive sign appeared on Clifford Antiques on Pearse St."

What do you think? A true romantic? Or a little bit cringey?
