Video captures the moment a car was stolen with the owner's baby still inside

A thief was caught on camera stealing a car with the owner's baby still inside.

A CCTV camera filmed the shocking incident, at 1pm on Wednesday, January 25, and Cambridgeshire Police have now released the footage in an attempt to identify the thief and his accomplice.
