Singer Ellie Goulding has started renting a luxury mansion in south London and is said to be considering moving her new boyfriend in.

The six-bedroom house, believed to be worth as much as £6 million, is double-fronted and built in a mock-Georgian style with iron railings fronting the large drive and a well-stocked garden behind.

Sick of London rental costs: how about a permanent cruise?

It's not known how much Ellie is paying in rent, but it's likely to be several thousand pounds a week. Rents in London have rocketed over the last couple of years, particularly for high-end properties.

And this house is certainly that. It has two reception rooms, a top-of-the-range kitchen and dining area and an indoor swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi on the patio.

It also boasts a top-of-the-range gym - making it perfect for new boyfriend Bobby Rich, who 30-year-old Ellie has been seeing for around two months.

Bobby is a judo champion and fitness instructor who has worked with the likes of David Beckham and Guy Ritchie - as well as Ellie herself.

And, until very recently at least, he has been living at Ritchie's house, working as an assistant to the director.

It's not long since Ellie was reported to be seeing a dancer who worked on her tour, and it's less than a year since she split with her ex Dougie Poynter, 28, bass player with McFly.

However, according to the Sun, she and Bobby are getting serious, and he is spending more and more time at her classy new pad.

"Now that she's moved into her new place he is there spending time with her far more often than he is in his own home," a source tells the paper.

"They haven't moved in together officially, but it feels like that step isn't too far off."

Ellie's been on the move a lot lately: it was only a year ago that she bought a £3.2 million home in a central London mews. Spread over three floors, the house had three bedrooms with an open-plan kitchen-diner. The new place is more than twice the size.
