Warning as metal traps found on mountain in Wales
Walkers, cyclists and horse riders are being warned after metal traps have been found placed on tracks on Caerphilly Mountain in Wales.
According to the BBC, Gwent Police are appealing for information after the animals traps, blocks of wood with nails sticking out of them, were found on public paths at the Welsh beauty spot.

Police tweeted pictures of the traps to alert the public to the danger.

Speaking to Wales Online, a police spokeswoman said: "A block of wood with exposed nails sticking out of it was located by a member of the public on Caerphilly Mountain on Wednesday.
"Officers attended the area but the item had already been removed. Further enquiries are now being undertaken in relation to this."
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting log 306 19/01/17.
A member of the public first raised the alarm after spotting the traps on a walk.
Robert Campbell, Mountain Bike Manager for Natural Resources Wales (NRW), told Wales Online: "Sabotaging woodlands is incredibly dangerous and puts people at risk. If anyone sees evidence of dangerous behaviour or activity please contact the police to report it."
Caerphilly mountain lies between Cardiff and Caerphilly at the southern edge of the South Wales Coalfield, and its summit is 271 metres (889 ft) above sea level.
