Man convicted after being caught using fake police sirens to avoid traffic

A motorist has been convicted of dangerous driving after he was caught using blue lights and sirens 38 times to avoid traffic.

Martin Chapman was filmed by cameras while dodging traffic in his Vauxhall Astra in Northampton.
