Scissors left in man's stomach for 18 years

A man in Vietnam has had a pair of scissors removed from his stomach - 18 years after they were mistakenly left inside his body during an operation.

54 year-old Ma Van Nhat had surgery after a traffic accident in 1998, when the 15-centimetre-long surgical scissors were left inside his stomach.
