Volcán de Fuego ("Volcano of Fire") is an active volcano which sits less than 10 miles west of Antigua Guatemala, one of the country's most popular cities and a well-known tourist destination.

The volcano is famous for being almost constantly active at a low level.

Smoke issues from its top daily, but larger eruptions are rare.
