Ford unveils electric hoverboard to commute

American car manufacturer Ford has revealed an innovative urban transport solution to help people finish journeys in built-up areas when traffic is too heavy.

The Carr-E is a device created by Kilian Vas, a Cologne-based systems engineer, and is one of 633 design proposals for Ford's Last Mile Mobility Challenge.
