Outrage as Apple's new laptop costs more in UK than USA
Apple has caused uproar among its British fans after releasing their new laptop range.
The MacBook Pro comes in two different screen sizes and boasts a host of new features, including a touch screen bar that replaces the previous function keys.
However, this is not what has left UK buyers angry, it's the price point that has left many dumbfounded.

While the cheapest version of the fancy new laptop, which comes without the Touch Bar, will cost
$1,499 in the USA, it will cost £1,499 in the UK.
With the current exchange rate this means UK residents will be paying as much as £218 more for their computers, the Mail Online reports.
The 13-inch screen with Touch Bar will set you back £1,749 in the UK while the 15-inch screen with Touch Bar will cost a whopping £1,949 in the UK.
Meanwhile in the United States these two laptops will cost $1,799 and $1,999 respectively.
Apple users took to Twitter to vent their frustration over the newly released product:

Apple claim the razor-thin laptop is 'faster and more powerful than before, yet remarkably thinner and lighter'.
When it comes to the new 'Touch Bar' feature Apple say: "The Touch Bar replaces the function keys that have long occupied the top of your keyboard with something much more versatile and capable.
"It changes automatically based on what you're doing to show you relevant tools you already know how to use."
This isn't the first time Apple have had items on sale for less in the USA than the UK, in September one Twitter noted that the tech giant's new 'AirPod' headphones were on sale for $159 and £159 respectively.

Another feature that has puzzled consumers is that Apple appear to have taken the standard USB port out of their latest MacBook Pro model.
The latest release comes just weeks after Apple announced their latest iPhone 7 once again prompting questions with their design updates.
The new iPhone has been release without the standard headphone jack meaning customers either have to buy an adaptor for the headphone port or shell out for a pair of the new cordless earbuds.
