With a huge range of destinations to choose from, holidays in November offer cheaper prices, fewer crowds and plenty of sunshine to be had for those who seek it.

Autumn short breaks don't get better than Sofia, Prague and Iceland with their beautiful scenery, vibrant culture and world-class attractions. On a trip to Iceland you should even be lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights.

November is also an excellent time for a shopping break with the festive season just around the corner. Orlando, for example, is home to terrific outlet shops, plus the theme parks are less crowded than in the summer for when you fancy a day of fun and thrills.

You don't have to worry about the cost of flights driving up the cost of your holiday either as there are many budget options, such as the bargain flights from London to Puerto Rico putting the Caribbean island firmly on our winter sun wish list this year.
