Leslie Jones says nude photo hackers 'cannot embarrass me more than I do myself'

Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones has hit back at the hackers who released nude photos of her as she made fun of trolls who sent her racist abuse.

The comedian, who is regular on American sketch show Saturday Night Live, said hackers could not embarrass her more than she embarrasses herself.

Appearing in the weekend update news segment of the show, she said: "At a certain point you stop being embarrassed and start being you.

"All they did was release some nude pics of me - which is nothing because, I don't know if you all know this about me, but I ain't shy.

"I am very comfortable with who I am. I am an open book, I keep my porn in a folder labelled porn. If you want to see Leslie Jones naked, just ask."

The actress briefly quit Twitter earlier this year after she was subjected to racist abuse, but in her monologue she said it would take more than names to hurt her.

"What I'm trying to say is if you want to hurt anybody these days, you have to do more than leak them nudes or call them names.

"You can't embarrass me more than I embarrass myself, I know all the details because I was there.

"Do you think some words on the internet can hurt me? I once had a crazy bitch try to beat me with a shovel at a bus stop because I took her spot on the bench. Now that's a real troll. Real trolls ain't tapping on keyboards, they are swinging shovels."

She continued: "I have spent decades getting roasted by comedians... at a certain point you stop being embarrassed and start being you. And I have been me for 49 years.

"The only person who can hack me is me. And my firewall is a crazy bitch with a shovel."
